ARTIST BIO

I was born in Sunderland England and immigrated to Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1979. I've been living in and around the foothills of southern Alberta since 1983 and moved to Water Valley in 2017. This is where my soul, purpose and passion were aligned, inspiring me to create once again.

I graduated from Cochrane High School with honors in art. I am mostly a self-taught artist and enjoy working with a variety of mediums like pencil, pastel and watercolor. I have a strong connection with all animals and my goal is to capture their personality in all my works.

My first official series of artwork is called the Expressionism collection which recreates the awkward, funny and odd expressions animals make, and transform their personalities onto paper.

Throughout the years I have enjoyed creating many works of art using leather, antler, wood and resin. Please take a tour of my website and view my artistic endeavors.

HEALING BIO

In 2007 I set out to change my life and refine who I was. This proved to be an interesting challenge and at some times a very painful process. These changes crumbled the poor foundation my life had been created on but allowed newer and better things to emerge changing my life for the better.

With the life changing events I began a spiritual transformation. My official spiritual training began in 2008 with crystal therapy certification. I became a Reiki practitioner and received my Master Attunement in 2009. In June 2010 I studied under Charles Virtue and became an Certified Angel Practitioner. July 2014, I completed Linking Awareness training with Kari Lesack, learning how to communicate with animals, nature and sentient beings. In October of 2014 I took part in an amazing Fire Walk ceremony, yes I am a fire walker! Stepping barefoot on to the coals and walking across them not once but five different times releasing my fears, limiting beliefs and embarking on the journey my soul longed for, it was empowering to say the least. In 2015 I studied under Janet Gale to learn Shamanic Soul Retrieval. My training with Charles Virtue continued as I completed Angel Life Coaching and Angel Mediumship Certification. In June of 2015 obtained my Bachelors Degree from the University of Metaphysical Sciences. My Masters Degree was complete in January 2017 and in June 2018 the review board approved my dissertation for my Doctorate in Metaphysical Sciences and awarded me with my Ph.D.

As such, it includes an overlapping and diverse number of fields of enquiry. Its central precepts draw on both Eastern and Western religious and metaphysical traditions and incorporates influences from holistic and self-help therapies, parapsychology, consciousness research, and quantum physics. From a religious perspective, contemporary Metaphysics follows a universalistic approach to spirituality based on various traditions that are non-dogmatic, inclusive and pluralistic. Mind, Body, and Spirit are seen as interrelated and intrinsically connected with each other."

I also enjoy working with crystals, carving, painting, and leatherwork, this is what makes my spirit soar. With the passing of my four legged fur soul mate, an amazing German Shepherd named Taz, who is now my spirit guide and trusted assistant in all journeys, I began making crystal wands to aid in healing and am pleased to offer them for sale.

With the passing of yet another beautiful canine soul, Foxy, in July 2017, I began to draw and paint again and now feel aligned with my souls purpose. She too aids in spiritual journeys as my power animal, true to her personality on the earth plane as it is in the spiritual world. She is the power and strength I need to overcome my fears.

May 2018, Muskwa joined my spiritual team upon his passing. His role is to help me to learn to love myself through beautiful soulful coaching. He's been an interesting leader in helping me establish a beautiful soul garden, releasing guilt and fear and allowing beautiful changes to take place in my life. I am truly blessed to have known my guides prior to their passing, enabling me to have an incredible level of trust while working in the spirit realm.

I am privileged to be able to help people realize that they are so much more than a physical body. As my clients begin to understand themselves as multi-layered beings, a beautiful journey inward begins and this depth of experience brings great meaning and purpose to life.
